Eligible Counterparties
Engagement with DIAGRAM8 is available exclusively to institutional, professional and authorised counterparties — including ministries, primes, licensed manufacturers, regulated financial institutions, qualified industrial groups and other entities recognised as institutional under their own jurisdiction. Access to any DIAGRAM8 governance architecture, mandate or engagement is subject to eligibility assessment, compliance onboarding and management authorisation. Individuals and non-qualified entities are not eligible.
Compliance and Regulatory
All engagements are subject to KYC and AML verification, sanctions screening against OFAC, EU and UN consolidated lists, anti-bribery procedures aligned with ISO 37001 certification, and applicable regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction. DIAGRAM8 reserves the right to decline or terminate any engagement that fails to meet these standards or that could expose any party to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.
Transactions involving regulated supply chains, dual-use items, defence-related goods or other export-controlled materials are subject to additional verification, end-user certification and licensing requirements under EU Regulation 2021/821, ITAR, EAR, the Wassenaar Arrangement, Romanian Law no. 126/1995 and applicable national legislation.
