Two areas of activity, one purchase-and-resale model. DIAGRAM8 acts as the buyer in its supply agreements and the seller in its customer agreements. The distinction lies in the regulatory requirements applicable to the goods and the transaction.
Commerce.
Geopolitical disruption can make an otherwise viable purchase difficult to complete. Established supply channels may become unreliable, logistics more complex and the time available to find alternatives increasingly limited.
DIAGRAM8 brings supplier relationships, commercial negotiation and logistics coordination together to address those constraints. We identify alternative sources, assess the practical options for delivery and structure the purchase and resale around the customer’s requirement.
Our role extends beyond finding the goods. We organise the commercial and delivery arrangements needed to bring them to the agreed destination, with responsibilities defined in our contracts.
Regulated Commerce.
Some goods and transactions are subject to specific legal and regulatory controls. In this area, DIAGRAM8’s commercial role remains the same: we purchase and resell in our own name.
Each proposed transaction is assessed against the framework applicable to the goods, the parties, the origin and destination, and the intended end use. Commercial agreement does not replace the need for the relevant permissions and documentation.
DIAGRAM8 INDUSTRIES S.R.L.’s corporate credentials are presented separately from transaction-specific requirements. Supporting documentation is made available through an appropriate verification process.
Each purchase and sale is undertaken by DIAGRAM8 INDUSTRIES S.R.L. in its own name. The relevant agreement identifies our role and the terms, documentation and responsibilities governing the transaction.
